Q: What is included in the Uniform Kit?
A: Uniform Kit includes a shell, skirt, briefs, shoes, practice uniform and a backpack.
Q: Do I need to purchase a uniform?
A.: If you have a uniform from the 2019-2020 season you DO NOT need to purchase a new uniform but may need to purchase shoes. You will need to purchase a new Bow. They are different every year.
Q: Can my daughter cheer on the same team as her friend? brother's football team? sibling?
A: When registering, please note any special requests. We make every attempt to honor these requests but cannot guarantee team placement. The team placements are determined on the number of girls participating and the number of coaches available to lead the squads.
Q: How many days/ hours do the cheerleaders practice during the season?
A: Beginning in August there will be 1 practice a week. There will be one practice a week and one game on Saturday once the season begins.
Q: What should my daughter bring to practice?
A: Please make sure your daughter comes dressed in athletic wear, hair pulled up, tennis shoes (no sandals, flip flops, etc.), no jewelry and plenty of water. We request that practices are closed to parents, as it makes practices run smoother and the girls focus more on what the coaches are teaching and not their family. We truly appreciate your understanding. However, if you will be at a different number than what we have on our registration form or team roster, please give that number to the coach prior to practice in case of emergency.
Q: How many games are in the season?
A: There are usually eight to ten games in the season. Game schedules will be published the first part of August and will be added to the website at that time. We are also offering cheer for LTYA Winter Basketball which is optional Registration for both Football and Basketball season can be done at once on April 1st.

A: LTYA is always looking for great volunteers for Cheer. You can volunteer your time as a head coach, assistant coach or team mom. Be sure to mark this in your registration if you are interested in learning more about volunteering and we will contact you.
We anticipate a growth in our program and are looking for great coaches to coach the squads. You do not need prior cheerleading experience - just enjoy working with kids. Please let me know if you are interested in coaching. To be a Coach volunteer, you will need to complete a
