The fall season is almost here… but we’re getting a head start on the action!
LTYA is excited in hosting a free clinic at LTHS Cavalier Activity Center (CAC), and it’s the perfect chance for your player to get a look at our Fall 2026 All Girls Flag Football League!
Whether your child is just starting their flag football journey or already has experience, this clinic is designed to build confidence, sharpen technique, and most of all have some FUN.

This session is more than just drills and games—it's a preview of what’s ahead in our fall flag football league.
Players will meet some of our coaches, experience the energy and get inspired to grow both on and off the field.

What to wear/bring:Please wear athletic attire. A mouthpiece and softshell helmet are required. Softshell helmets will be available for purchase at the event, but you're welcome to purchase your own beforehand. Players will be on turf. Football cleats, soccer cleats, turf cleats, and runners are ok. No metal studs are allowed.
