Girls Lacrosse

Welcome To Lake Travis Girls Lacrosse

Our goal at Lake Travis Girls Lacrosse is to develop and nurture the intellect, character, and athletic potential of our student athletes through caring and excellence in all of our endeavors. We want them to fall in love with the sport of lacrosse in a supportive and competitive environment!

We offer Fall and Spring Lacrosse Programs for girls grades 1st-8th.  Our hope is that the girls learn to love lacrosse and will eventually play for our high school program!  Lake Travis HS Girls Lacrosse

Youth teams compete with other youth lacrosse programs in the Austin area. CAPLAX is the organizational body for facilitating games with the goal being an enriching athletic experience for the girls. Our main season is spring, and players can expect a traditional field sport schedule - weekly practices and games on the weekend. The Spring season typically runs mid-Feb through the end of April, with playoffs usually happening at the beginning of May.

We also offer fall lacrosse where the focus is on stick skills and fundamentals with a fun tournament playday happening around the end of October. Fall season typically runs late September through the end of October or beginning of November. For the 2025 fall season, practices/games will be SUNDAYS ONLY, in hopes that girls can keep a stick in their hands with us in addition to participating in other sports. Fall season is also a great time for beginners to try lacrosse!

Come join us! No experience required. We are happy to work with anyone who wants to pick up the stick for the first time!
