**You will need wrestling shoes for practice (socks are ok for the first few if you don’t have them yet) but please do not wear them into practice. Wear slides or sneakers and change once in the wrestling room. Please make sure your wrestlers’ fingernails are trimmed short. Wear shorts and a T-shirt – no zippers or buttons for practice. Please leave watches, jewelry, etc. at home. Please bring a water bottle to practice.
